AUSTRALIA
Orders under $200 ship for $12.95. Orders $200 and over ship free.
All Australian orders are shipped via StarTrack Premium Service, with the exception of PO Box deliveries which are shipped via Australia Post Standard Service. Orders are generally dispatched the following business day. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for dispatch during peak periods and public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL
Flat rate AUD$29.95 via DHL Express. Please note DHL Express cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 5-7 business days during peak periods and public holidays.
All international orders are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means additional duties and taxes may be payable upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to estimate the amount in advance. Contact your local customs authority if you are unsure of applicable charges.
If you refuse to pay customs charges, your order may be returned or abandoned. If returned, we will refund your order less any return freight costs incurred. If it is uneconomical to return the order, it may be abandoned and Shred Gang will not be held responsible for any loss as a result.
We accept refunds and exchanges.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial refunds may be granted for returned goods with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund appears. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at contact@shredgang.com.au.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
EXCHANGES AND RETURN SHIPPING
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over $49 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
